How far in advance should I book?

Summer Saturdays go first, so earlier is better — but we are a new company with inventory sitting ready, so it is always worth asking about a short-notice date. We will tell you honestly if we are already committed.

What is your delivery area and cost?

We deliver anywhere in Maine. Delivery is free within 15 miles of Old Orchard Beach; beyond that it is $2.75 per mile round trip with a $25 minimum. The exact fee for your address is on our service area map and is included in every online estimate.

Question 3

Do you set up and take down?

Accepted Answer

Tables and chairs are delivered stacked by default, which is what most people want. If you would rather we set everything out and collect it at the end, we have an addon for that! $1 per chair for set up + $1 per chair for take down, $5 dollars per table for set up + $5 per table for take down. You decide which and how, fully customizable and optional.

What happens if it rains?

Tables and chairs handle the weather fine. If your event is outdoors with no cover, talk to us early — we would rather help you think through a plan B than turn up in a downpour.

How do I hold a date?

Send us your date and what you need through the quote form, or call. We will confirm availability within one business day and send you a written quote with the delivery fee already worked out.

Can I pick up rather than have you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tables and chairs can be collected from us in Old Orchard Beach by appointment — bring something bigger than a sedan.

Question 7

How long is a one-day rental?

Usually we drop off the day before your event and collect the day after. You are not paying for three days; that is just how the logistics work.

When are the simulators coming?

We are working on it. The golf and soccer simulators are not available to book yet — send us your date through the quote form and we will tell you the moment they are ready.
